Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed, stuck or have unresolved issues from your past that are hindering your sense of peace and well-being, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore your inner world and foster personal growth.
My approach to counselling is rooted in empathy, respect, and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their personal and emotional goals. Creating a safe, supportive, and confidential environment is a cornerstone of my practice. I understand that entering counselling can be a vulnerable experience, and I am committed to providing a space where clients feel comfortable and respected.
I approach each session with an open mind and a non-judgmental attitude, allowing clients to express themselves freely and honestly and feel fully heard, valued and understood.
In my practice, I take a trauma-informed approach to counselling, which means that I understand the pervasive impact of trauma and prioritize your safety, choice, and empowerment throughout the therapeutic process. I recognize that everybody's experience is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs and circumstances. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and you will have the autonomy to decide what topics to explore in our sessions.

I also collaborate with MM Mentoring, a child-focused mentoring service in Gloucestershire that supports young people through education, life skills, and community engagement. My role involves offering therapeutic support to staff, creating a space for reflection and well-being. Through one-to-one and group sessions, I help them navigate challenges, prevent burnout, and build resilience, ensuring they can continue supporting the young people they work with.
